do i have kaal sarp dosh , my date of birth is - 27.10.1981 , time - 10.30 pm

Yes. As per your horoscope your kundali shows Kaal Sarp Dosh. This dosh is supposed to be there when all the planets are on one side of the Rahu- Ketu axis. Some astrologer(modern) do not give that musch importance to this and consider the overall effect of the planets depending upon their position and strength.
