Dear Ritesh, Kaal Sarp Dosh is formed when all planets are within Rah- Ketu axis. As per the data provided by you in your case Jupiter is outside the axis therefore, it is not there. More over since your Jupiter is placed in its own house and is ascendant it is very good position for it. From Sep 2009 to Oct 2011. should be a good period for you.
