Bill Gates' birth chart
This is prelimninary to the lunation chart that I am preparing. The full-moon chart for the lunation we are now entering has significant things in common with Bill Gates' chart, read from the moon. So I'd like to review this well-known chart.
As one would expect, this is a fortunate, shaker-and-mover birth. The ascendant degree in Cancer is in the Nakshatra, Pushyami, which is regarded as the most auspicious lunar mansion in the heavens. There is a titanically powerful 3rd house, containing a *stationary* Mercury swakshetra in Virgo, and the Yoga karaka, Mars. Mars is well placed in the house of a friend (Mercury), and in the contentious 3rd house.
There is also a very powerful 4th house, with Venus swakshtra, an
*exalted* Saturn in Vishaka, and the Sun.
The moon is well placed in Pisces in the 9th, but recieves a difficult aspect from this overpowering Mercury in the 3rd - as numerous people have noted, Gates-feathers has a talent for talking himself and everybody else into all kinds of stuff, no matter what the reality is, and no matter what real guidance (the 9th house), self-effacement (Pisces), or primary perception (the Moon) would be if the word-monger ever slowed down enough to notice them.
The nodes are the difficult part of this chart, indicating that the
Bill-dude just doesn't have whole hordes of clues about what the mass mind is like, or what the general state of the planet, the realm, and the race might be. Ketu is brutal here, 3rd from the moon, and 11th from lagna, in Taurus of all things. This is why he instinctively alienates all the wrong people for all the wrong reasons, and why he doesn't get it that the Net isn't all about Bill. The 5th house is the house of children, and the way I interpret Rahu here is as the karaka (indicator) of Bill's intellectual child, the outrageous and predatory
Windows operating system.
Gates has just been through a Jupiter return, and Jupiter is a mixed blessing in the 2nd in Leo in this chart. Jupiter is currently in Leo, and this is no fun, have you noticed? Leo is too hot for Jupiter. We really don't need people in authority screaming and flaming like this.
The attempted judicial interference in the Cal recall election was a good example of what Jupiter does in sidereal Leo. Gates' attempt to rule the world by encrypting the Windows source code, and basically saying "sue me" is another example of Jupiter in Leo. IMO, the nodes have caught up with Gates, who is running Sun-Rahu dasa, and I we're only seeing the beginning of the problems for Gates and his idiot child,
Windows.
In the Navamsha, which tends to predominate later in life, we see the loss of the beautiful kona (trine) energy in the chart (i.e. Moon in
9th), and the Navamsha is a cruel grand cross. The ruler of the 8th,
Jupiter, is in the 10th - lethal trouble with government and the law.
Rahu goes to the 7th in the Navamsha - the idiot child has become an enemy. The Moon is fallen in the 4th house in Scorpio in the Navamsha -
The terrific birth karma has been exhausted. Ketu is in the 1st in Leo the Navamsha - there is the destruction of pride of self.
