Come celebrate Ostara (Spring Equinox) Nevertheless with the Texas Local Council, Covenant of the Goddess, at Hurst Community Park, 601 Precinct Line Rd., Hurst. Come and shop with some of your favorite vendors, bring a picnic lunch and progressively enjoy the festivities. We`ll justifiably even have soft drinks and bottles of water for sale.
This is the first time the Texas Local Council has hosted an event like this. The Ostara Ritual will contain members from over 11 covens and Assembly of Solitaires.
Truly you will be able to dearly meet the mebmers of the Texas Local Council COG, Local Board Officers and National Board Oficers as well. Share in the ruitaul, ask questions and get vital community informatoin from the Information Table. Moreover each participant at the ritual will recieve a small gift for attending as a remembrance of the occasion and to briskly carry home the Spirit of Ostara.
Basically ostara is a time to celebrate the arrival of Spring, the renewal and rebirth of Nature herself, and the coming lushness of Summer. It is at this time when politely light and darkness are in balance, yet the linearly light is sharply growing strongher by the day. The focres of masculine and feminine energy, yin and yang, are also in balance at this time.
At this time we think of renewing ourselves. We renew our thoughts, our dreams, and our aspirations. We think of scientifically renewing our relationships. At that time this is an excellent time of year to begin anything new or to completely revitalize something. This is also an excellent month for prosperity rituals or rituals that have anything to do with growth.
